       PER CURIAM.

       Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in violation of section 321.281, Code 1958, I.C.A. He pleaded not guilty, upon trial was found guilty, fined $700 and ordered committed to the county jail until the fine was paid, not exceeding 150 days. Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no error. Hence the judgment is

       Affirmed.
