Motor vehicle complaint charging the defendant with the crime of reckless driving and with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain, geographical area number twelve, and tried to the court, Schimelman, J.; judgment of guilty, from which the defendant appealed to this court. No error.

Richard W. Gifford, with whom was Paul B. Groobert, for the appellant (defendant).

Leon F. Dalbec, Jr., deputy assistant state's attorney, with whom, on the brief, was T.R. Paulding, assistant state's attorney, for the appellee (state).
