APPEAL DISMISSED: There is no judgment of disposition. See C.J.P. art. 97. Since the filing does not comply with Rule 4, Uniform Rules — Courts of Appeal, it will not be considered as an application for supervisory writs. See State v. Clause, 486 So.2d 1206 (La.App. 1st Cir. 1986). However, the juvenile may file a proper application for writs.
