WRIT DENIED AS MOOT. The records of the Ascension Parish Clerk of Court's Office reflect that the district court acted on relator's "Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus and Motion to Quash nunc pro tunc" on November 14, 2018, and a copy was sent to relator on November 16, 2018.
