ORDER
This 30th day of October, 2001, upon review of the Motion for Correction of Illegal Sentence filed by Defendant, it appears that:
(1) On August 14, 2001, Defendant, James E. Stanley, filed a Motion for Correction of Sentence. Upon review of the record in this case, it is clear that the Court has dealt with all of Stanley's claims exhaustively in prior decisions. See State v. State v. Stanley, Cr. A. No. IN96-05-0966, Goldstein, J., (June 15, 2000) (ORDER) (denying Stanley's Motion for Correction of Illegal Sentence); State v. Stanley, Cr. A. No. IN96-05-0966, Goldstein, J., (Aug. 27, 1999) (ORDER)(Court's response to Mandate from Supreme Court in Stanley's appeal of Postconviction Relief Motion); State v. Stanley, Cr. A. No. IN96-05-0966, Alford, J. (Nov. 17, 1998) (ORDER) (denying Stanley's Motion for Postconviction Relief); State v. Stanley, Cr. A. No. IN96-05-0966, Goldstein, J. (Oct. 15, 1998) (ORDER) (denying Stanley's Motion for Postconviction Relief).
(2) In light of its previous decisions, the Court will not further consider Stanley's repetitive claims for relief.
For the foregoing reasons, the Court finds that Stanley's Motion for Correction of Illegal Sentence is without merit. Therefore, Defendant's petition is DENIED.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
