       PER CURIAM.

       Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript. Defendant was charged by information with the crime of speeding of a motor vehicle as defined in section 321.285, Code 1958, I.C.A. Following his plea of not guilty defendant was convicted and fined $15 and costs. In default of payment of the fine it was ordered he be committed to the county jail four days. We find no error. The judgment is accordingly

       Affirmed.
