Dear Mr. Windett:

I have reviewed your Motion to Modify as well as Mr. Sonn's two files.

I enclose a copy of my May 10, 2010 letter to Mr. Sonn since you may not have been aware of it.

Department of Correction has not informed me that Mr. Sonn is an inappropriate candidate for the Key-Crest rehabilitation programs. There is nothing in your Motion that would qualify for extraordinary circumstances.

The Motion to Modify is denied. As your client has been previously told, he needs to concentrate on the Court's sentence and spend less time trying to avoid it.
