In re State of Louisiana, applying for writs of certiorari, mandamus and prohibition. Parish of Orleans. No. 189-426.


Writ granted and case remanded to Juvenile Court with instructions to trial judge to enter judgment in favor of the state and against the defendant. La.R.S. 14:75; State v. Spotville, 350 So.2d 1194, 1196 (La. 1977).

WATSON, and LEMMON, JJ., would deny the writ.
