STATE OF LOUISIANA v. BRANDON J. SMITH

Viewing the evidence in the light most favorable to the prosecution, it can be reasonably inferred that the defendant knowingly or intentionally distributed cocaine to the unknown male on the bicycle. Accordingly, I do not find that the jury abused its discretion in convicting the defendant and respectfully dissent.
