The petition by the state of Connecticut for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 73 Conn. App. 809 (AC 21572), is granted, limited to the following issue:

"Did the Appellate Court properly conclude that the evidence was insufficient to support the defendant's conviction under General Statutes (Rev. to 1997) § 53-21?"

The Supreme Court docket number is SC 16935.
