Supreme Court of New Jersey.
Sep 11, 2019
239 N.J. 381 (N.J. 2019)

Opinion

M-46/47 September Term 2019 083381

09-11-2019

STATE of New Jersey, Plaintiff, v. Mariah SMITH, Defendant-Movant.

ORDER

It is ORDERED that defendant's motion for leave to appeal (M-47) and motion for oral argument (M-46) are denied. The Court finds defendant's multiple, piecemeal submissions to be repetitive, nonconforming, and inadequate pursuant to the Rules of Court. Although the Court reviewed defendant's submissions in this matter in the interest of a complete and expeditious disposition, the Clerk is directed not to accept any future submissions from defendant for filing unless fully compliant with the Rules of Court.
