       PER CURIAM.

       Defendant was indicted by the grand jury of Polk county for the crime of robbery with aggravation as defined in sections 711.1, 711.2, Code 1962, I.C.A. He pleaded not guilty, was tried before court and jury, found guilty of the included offense of robbery and sentenced to an indeterminate term not exceeding ten years in the state penitentiary at Fort Madison as provided in Code section 711.3, I.C.A.

       Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no reversible error.

       Affirmed.
