We reverse the trial court's order dismissing the information charging aggravated battery upon the binding authority of Goswick v. State, 143 So.2d 817 (Fla. 1962); see also State v. Nixon, 295 So.2d 121 (Fla. 3d DCA 1974); and remand to the trial court for further proceedings.

Reversed and remanded for further proceedings.
