IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Opinion of the court, filed on October 27, 2021, is hereby corrected as follows:
At page 32, line 2 from top, insert the symbol "§" after "HRS" so that the sentence now reads as follows:
that "'Acquire' means gain ownership of." HRS § 134-1 (2011).
At page 34, line 8 from top, delete the brackets around the "w" in the word "we" and capitalize the "w" in the word "we" so that the sentence now reads as follows:
