Lower Tribunal No(s).: 481976CF000532000AOX

The Attorney General, on behalf of the State of Florida, seeks to vacate the trial court's May 10, 2021, Joint Stipulation and Order to Release Evidence for DNA and Fingerprint Analysis. We decline to vacate the trial court's order and therefore affirm. The defendant's motion to dismiss and the State's motion for oral argument, filed by the Attorney General, are denied.
