Writ denied. Application premature as defendant has not been sentenced. Aggregate sentences in this case will determine defendant's right to appeal to this court under our appellate jurisdiction or to seek writs under our supervisory jurisdiction. See, State v. McCarroll, 337 So.2d 475 (La. 1976).
