ORDER

ROBERT D. BURNS, III CHIEF JUSTICE

Before this Court is the State's January 17, 2024 motion requesting, we abate this case to the trial court to make findings of facts and conclusions of law related to the trial court's October 31, 2023 grant of appellee's motion to suppress. We GRANT the State's motion and ORDER the trial court to make written findings and conclusions of law regarding the granting of appellee's motion to suppress.

The trial court shall file a supplemental clerk's record containing the court's written findings and conclusions of law pursuant to this order within THIRTY DAYS of the date of this order.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Tina Yoo, Angela King, Presiding Judge, Criminal District Court No. 1, and counsel for all parties.

This appeal is ABATED for the trial court to comply with the above order. The appeal will be reinstated when the supplemental clerk's record containing the trial court's findings and conclusions are received or at such other time as the Court deems proper.
