Upon consideration of the response to this Court's order to show cause and the reply thereto, this Court hereby accepts jurisdiction in this case, summarily quashes the decision being reviewed, and remands to the district court for reconsideration in light of our decision in Davis v. State, 332 So.3d 970 (Fla. 2021).

No motion for rehearing will be entertained by the Court. See Fla.R App P 9330(d)(2)
