Order

Per Curiam:

Mr. Eric J. Shores appeals his convictions, following a trial by jury before the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, of four counts of the unclassified felony of first-degree statutory sodomy for having deviate sexual intercourse with a person less than twelve years old, for which he was sentenced as a prior felony offender to four concurrent terms of twenty-five years’ imprisonment. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have instead provided an unpublished memorandum of law explaining our ruling to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
