       PER CURIAM.

       This case is before us on Clerk's transcript. Defendant was indicted for the crime of Robbery With Aggravation, as defined under Sections 711.1 and 711.2, 1954 Iowa Code, I.C.A. He entered a plea of guilty and was sentenced to imprisonment in the Iowa State Penitentiary at Fort Madison for a period of twenty-five (25) years, and for costs, from which judgment he has appealed.

       Finding no error in the record the judgment is affirmed.

       Affirmed.
