Appeal from the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans, No. 359-225, Division "E"; Frank J. Stich, Judge.

Zelden Zelden, New Orleans, for relator and appellee.


Relator is the owner of the property hearing Municipal No. 7323 Chef Menteur Highway and seeks to have same connected with the public sewer line. The issues in the case are in all respects similar to those in State ex rel. Bailey v. Sewerage and Water Board, La. App., 102 So.2d 874.

For the reasons stated in the Bailey case, the judgment appealed from is affirmed.

Affirmed.
