       PER CURIAM.

       Defendant was charged by county attorney's information, tried and found guilty of the crime of assault and battery in violation of section 694.1, Code, 1962, I.C.A. He was sentenced to serve three days in the county jail. Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no error. Hence the judgment is

       Affirmed.
