Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Marshall County, Dale E. Ruigh (bench trial) and James A. McGlynn (sentencing), Judges. Steven Paul Seelye Jr., appeals from his convictions and sentences for burglary in the second degree and theft in the fifth degree. AFFIRMED IN PART, REVERSED IN PART, AND REMANDED. Mark C.
