Substitute information charging the defendant with the crimes of robbery in the first degree and burglary in the second degree, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford and tried to the jury before Miano, J.; verdict of guilty of burglary in the second degree; thereafter, the state filed a second part to the information charging the defendant with the crime of committing a felony while released on bond and the defendant was presented to the court on a plea of guilty; judgment of guilty of burglary in the second degree and committing a felony while released on bond, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
