STATE OF LOUISIANA v. WEBSTER SCOTT

In Re: Webster Scott, applying for supervisory writs, 22nd Judicial District Court, Parish of Washington, No. 15-CR4-129443. BEFORE: HIGGINBOTHAM, HOLDRIDGE, AND PENZATO, JJ.

WRIT DENIED ON THE SHOWING MADE IN PART AND DENIED IN PART. Relator failed to include a copy of the bill of information, the district court's ruling, the State's answer, if any, the Boykin transcript, and any other documents from the district court record that might support his ineffective assistance of counsel claim. Supplementation of this writ application and/or an application for rehearing will not be considered. See Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, Rules 2-18.7 & 4-9. In the event relator elects to file a new application with this court, he may do so without the necessity of obtaining a return date, and the application shall be filed on or before July 2, 2018. Any future filing on the issue presented herein should include the entire contents of this application, the missing items noted above, and a copy of this ruling. The application is denied insofar as relator seeks review of his claim of actual innocence, which was waived by the guilty plea. See State v. Bourgeois, 406 So.2d 550 (La. 1981); State v. Crosby, 338 So.2d 584 (La. 1976).
