In Re: Chad Michael Scott, applying for supervisory writs, 32nd Judicial District Court, Parish of Terrebonne, Nos. 723,862 & 732,932. BEFORE: WELCH, CRAIN, AND HOLDRIDGE, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. The Clerk of Court of Terrebonne Parish has no record of receiving a "Motion to Quash Based on Statute of Time Limited for Despition (sic) on Fast and Speedy Trial." Relator must file the motion with the clerk of court of the district court before seeking relief from this Court.
