State v. Schenvisky

Supreme Court of Michigan
Jul 27, 1999
460 Mich. 879 (Mich. 1999)

Opinion

No. 114555

July 27, 1999.

On order of the Court, the motion for immediate consideration is considered, and it is GRANTED. The complaint for superintending control is being treated as a delayed application for leave to appeal. The delayed application for leave to appeal is considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court prior to the proceedings ordered by the Court of Appeals and any further subsequent review by the Court of Appeals.
