Appellant The State of Texas has filed a motion to dismiss this appeal by withdrawing its notice of appeal and amended notice of appeal. The motion further requests issuance of mandate with the judgment of dismissal. We grant the motion, dismiss the appeal, and direct the Clerk of this Court to issue mandate with the judgment of dismissal. See Tex. R. App. P. 18.1(c), 42.2(a).
