Information charging the defendant with the crimes of sexual assault in the second degree and risk of injury to a child, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Waterbury, where the court, Byrne, J., granted the state's request to enter a nolle prosequi on the charges and denied the defendant's motion to dismiss, and the defendant appealed to this court. No error.
