Upon consideration of Defendant-Appellant Televise Sau's letter dated February 4, 2002 and filed by the court on February 11, 2002, it appears that: (1) On November 29, 2001, Appellant filed the notice of appeal pro se; and (2) In the February 4, 2002 letter, Appellant states: "I wish to drop this case and appeal" which this court will construe as a request to withdraw his appeal. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Appellant's request is granted, and this appeal is dismissed.
