Amended information charging the defendant with the crimes of assault on a police officer and breach of peace, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Waterbury, geographical area number four, and tried to the jury before Murray, J.; verdict and judgment of guilty, from which the defendant appealed to this court. No error.

Victor Rusgaitis, pro se, the appellant (defendant).

Geoffrey E. Marion, deputy assistant state's attorney, with whom, on the brief, were John A. Connelly, state's attorney, and Karen Diebolt, deputy assistant state's attorney, for the appellee (state).
