STATE OF LOUISIANA v. DARRYL RUFFIN


In Re: Darryl Ruffin, applying for supervisory writs, 16th Judicial District Court, Parish of St. Mary, No. 2010-182134. BEFORE: GUIDRY, THERIOT, AND DRAKE, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. According to the records of the St. Mary Parish Clerk of Court's Office, the district attorney's office filed an answer to relator's application for postconviction relief on February 10, 2015, and a copy was mailed to relator. This application for mandamus relief is moot.
