In re Bennett L. Ross, applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition and mandamus. Parish of East Baton Rouge. No. 6-81-97.


Denied in part; granted in part. Trial judge ordered to conduct preliminary examination within 48 hours; otherwise, defendant should be ordered released. Otherwise, the writ is denied.

DIXON, C.J., CALOGERO, and DENNIS JJ., would grant and order the immediate release of relator, who is in jail after a finding of no probable cause by the court.
