STATE OF LOUISIANA v. MICHAEL NEAL ROLLINS


In Re: Michael Neal Rollins, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 12-17-0163. BEFORE: HIGGINBOTHAM, HOLDRIDGE, AND PENZATO, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. The record of the Clerk of Court of East Baton Rouge Parish shows the district court is proceeding toward disposition of relator's Motion to Act as Co-Counsel, as it is set for hearing on May 17, 2018. Further, the Clerk of Court has no record of receiving the Motion to Dismiss which was attached to but not addressed in relator's writ application. Relator should file the motion with the clerk of court of the district court before seeking relief from this court.
