STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Vicente ROLDAN-MARRON, Appellant.

Damien S. Bhakti De Loyola, Kansas City for appellant. Shaun Mackelprang, Jefferson City for respondent.

Damien S. Bhakti De Loyola, Kansas City for appellant.

Shaun Mackelprang, Jefferson City for respondent.

Before Division Two: Mark D. Pfeiffer, P.J., and Alok Ahuja and Gary D. Witt, JJ.

ORDER

PER CURIAM:

Following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Vicente Roldan-Marron was convicted of first-degree murder and armed criminal action. Roldan-Marron appeals. He argues that the circuit court abused its discretion when it admitted evidence that he was performing a sexual act involving the deceased victim’s naked body when the police arrested him, and that the victim’s body had been mutilated. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 30.25(b).
