This 10th day of September, 2015, the Court has considered the Commissioner's Report and Recommendation.
On February 14, 2014, Defendant Jonatan Rodriguez filed a pro se Motion for Postconviction Relief. Defendant subsequently was assigned counsel. Assigned counsel then filed a Motion to Withdraw as Postconviction Counsel pursuant to (pre-June 2014) Superior Court Criminal Rule 61(e)(2), (post-June 2014) Superior Court Criminal Rule 61(e)(6).
