ORDER DISMISSING "WRIT OF MANDAMUS"


Upon consideration of the Mr. Raymond Rodriguez's "Writ of Mandamus", filed on September 8, 2003, and the records and files therein, it appears that the Memorandum Opinion affirming the conviction was filed on March 6, 2003; that the Notice and Judgment on Appeal was filed on April 9, 2003; and that the order denying the application for writ of certiorari was filed on July 31, 2003. The case is closed, and neither the Hawaii` Supreme Court nor the Hawai`i Intermediate Court of Appeals have jurisdiction over this case. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion is dismissed.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the clerk of the appellate court shall not accept any further filings in this closed case.
