MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULINGS.

This cause is pending before the court as an appeal from the Court of Appeals for Union County. Upon consideration of appellee's motion to supplement the record with the presentence investigation report and to permit counsel for either party to review the document,

It is ordered by the court that the motion is granted in part and denied in part.

It is further ordered that the Clerk of Courts for Union County shall supplement the record with the presentence investigation report within ten days of the date of this entry.

It is further ordered that the presentence investigation report shall remain under seal and the parties are not permitted to review the report because good cause was not presented for such review.
