WRIT GRANTED. The district court is ordered to rule on the merits of relator's pro se motion for bond reduction. See State ex rel. Jones v. State, 2011-1406 (La. 9/30/11), 71 So.3d 269; State v. Melon, 95-2209 (La. 9/22/95), 660 So.2d 466.
