I agree with the majority to grant Robinson's motion to dismiss because the plain language of Arkansas Rule of Appellate Procedure-Criminal 3(a) (2012) permits the State an interlocutory appeal from a pretrial order granting a motion to suppress, not from a pretrial order denying reconsideration of an oral ruling.
