Substitute information charging the defendant with the crimes of sale of narcotics by a person who is not drug-dependent and conspiracy to sell narcotics by a person who is not drug-dependent, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford and tried to the jury before Freed, J.; verdict and judgment of guilty of the lesser included offense of possession of narcotics and of conspiracy to sell narcotics by a person who is not drug-dependent, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
