ORDER
IT IS ORDERED: the location of the oral argument, presently scheduled on Tuesday, November 19, 2002 in the above-captioned consolidated cases has been changed. The oral argument has been moved to the Arizona State University, College of Law, in the Great Hall, Tempe, Arizona at 1:00 P.M. The time allotted for oral argument will be minutes for the State and 45 minutes for Appellants.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED: The lead attorneys must sign the enclosed Acknowledgment of Receipt and return it to the Supreme Court Clerk's Office within three days of receipt of this order.
