On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated December 30, 2011, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 30, 2011, is amended by deleting from the third paragraph thereof the date "January 24, 2012," and substituting therefor the date "February 24, 2012".
