Four substitute informations each charging the defendant with one count of the crime of robbery in the third degree, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Fairfield, where the cases were consolidated and tried to the court, McKeever, J.; verdicts and judgments of guilty, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
