Substitute information charging the defendant with two counts of the crime of sexual assault in the first degree and with one count each of the crimes of kidnapping in the first degree and burglary in the third degree, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven, and presented to the court, Damiani, J., on a plea of guilty to two counts of sexual assault in the first degree; after the kidnapping and burglary charges were nolled, the court rendered judgment of guilty of two counts of sexual assault in the first degree, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
