STATE OF LOUISIANA v. WARREN C. REAVIS, III

In Re: Warren C. Reavis, III, applying for supervisory writs, 22nd Judicial District Court, Parish of St. Tammany, No. 528248. BEFORE: PETTIGREW, DRAKE AND CHUTZ, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. See the actions of this Court in relator's previous writ applications, 2014 KW 1581, 2014 KW 1380, and 2013 KW 1917, wherein this Court denied relator's writs seeking review of similar claims. Furthermore, the partial Boykin transcript attached to 2015 KW 0022 does not support relator's allegation that the prosecutor promised to never use the convictions in docket numbers 457773 and 453919 to adjudicate relator as a habitual offender. The transcript clearly reflects the prosecutor agreed, in exchange for relator's guilty pleas in docket numbers 457773 and 453919, that the State would not file a habitual offender bill against him only in those cases.
