In re State of Louisiana;—Plaintiff; Applying For Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court Div. C, No. 514–360; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 2013–K–0831.

Writ granted. The ruling of the trial court granting defendant's motion to suppress is reversed. The case is remanded to the trial court for further proceedings. JOHNSON, C.J., would deny the application.

WEIMER, J., would grant and docket the case.
