       PER CURIAM.

       Defendant was charged by information with the crime of contributing to the delinquency of a minor in violation of Code section 233.1. He entered a plea of not guilty, was tried before the court, found guilty and sentenced to a term of 30 days in the Linn County jail as provided by section 233.2. Defendant appealed to this court and elected to submit the appealed to this a clerk's transcript which reveals no error.

       Affirmed.
