For the reasons found in State v. Randle, CR02-309 (La.App. 3 Cir. 10/02/02), 827 So.2d 657, we vacate Mr. Randle's sentences as indeterminate and remand the case for resentencing.

SENTENCES VACATED, CONVICTION AFFIRMED, AND REMANDED FOR RESENTENCING WITH INSTRUCTIONS.
