ORDER

¶1 Department II of the Court, composed of Chief Justice González and Justices Madsen, Stephens, Yu, and Whitener, considered at its June 4, 2021, Motion Calendar whether review should be granted pursuant to RAP 13.4(b) and unanimously agreed that the following order be entered.

¶2 IT IS ORDERED:

¶3 That the joint motion to dismiss and vacate will be treated as an amendment to the petition for review. The petition for review is granted only on the issue of the application of Supreme Court No. 96873-0 — State of Washington v. Shannon B. Blake. Review of the other issues raised in the petition is denied. This case is remanded to the superior court for further consideration in light of the Blake decision.
